•	Administrative Skills:  Ensures that all employees’ movement status is documented and reports change of details to pertinent government agencies.  Records employee information in the system and ensures 201 files are organized and updated on every employee change of status. 
•	Other Relative skills:  Assist the Employee Relations Specialists in all company-wide activities, such as organizing events for the company.

•	Main HR Function:   Main support to the Personnel Department which includes doing clerical works for the department, monitoring of Department’s office supplies, as well as personal assistant to the HR Manager. 
•	Administrative Skills:  Responsible in the documenting, monitoring of employees’ leave application, and monthly tardiness reports. Prepares and distributes tardiness reports to employees’. Monitors the departments office supplies and ensures the same are replenished regularly.

•	Main Job Function:   Main support to the Personnel Department which includes doing clerical works for the department, such as contacting and scheduling applicants for pre-employment examination and interview; conducts background investigation for newly hired employees; and ensures proper organization and maintenance of employee’s meal stubs.  Reliever to the Executive Assistant of the President when needed.
