Process changes along with business analysis have always been one of my greatest passions. And that is why I came to cloud technologies and Salesforce consulting. When business changes, its structure, business processes and day-to-day tasks of employees have to change as well in order to continue developing and being successful. What functioned well originally doesn’t always satisfy the needs of a new business model. In my work I make sure that the best practices apply and the company gets the most of its investment into the CRM and related systems. My key objective is to provide excellent service and let professionals working for a company concentrate on their direct responsibilities, rather than spend too much time logging in information they receive and later trying to access and analyse it. In order to achieve this, with the input of different departments, I concentrate on establishing and implementing the most efficient processes and procedures.
