Senior Content Manager

Responsible for overseeing and applying social media content strategy for a broad portfolio of global clients, across tech, healthcare, gaming and more.

Leading the overhaul of the agency's internal processes using Notion, a project management & collaboration tool, with a taskforce of Notion experts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and business objectives.
- Support on new business pitches with a content angle.
- Co-lead and support the roll-out of a company-wide project management system using Notion. Currently optimising workflows, creating centralised databases, building templates and pages for team collaboration, to help break silos globally.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform content strategy and development.
- Mentor and collaborate with a team of content creators with expertise in social media, including writers, account executives, designers.

Responsible for content campaigns to generate growth on the Creativepool platform and community, connecting the global creative industries. Reporting directly to the Founder.

Main responsibilities and skills:
- Support the Founder with strategies to cultivate Creativepool's global community and its yearly awards;
- Responsible for all final in-house copy and writing;
- In charge of Creativepool's magazine and the editorial plan;

- Hand-pick user-generated content to 'Spotlight' (aka: feature on the homepage), connecting firsthand with the top creatives in the community;
- Ensure the platform's voice and purpose resound across the community, via streamlined user-base moderation and passionate care;
- Design and set up email marketing campaigns with advanced use of HTML/CSS and CRM data;

- Provide overall support to the Founder with conscientious decision-making and genuine drive to propel Creativepool forward.

Gameromancer

One of three co-founders of the Gameromancer project, born at the end of 2018. Gameromancer is an Italian podcast for which I acted as a media director and editor, with a website balanced between audio and written content creation.

- Edited episodes monthly using Logic Pro X;
- Content writer and editor for articles to go on the website;

Curated, written and thoroughly designed video game reviews and feature articles about the industry, with 1300+ articles under my name. Still occasionally employed by the website as a freelancer, especially for the feature column "Ars Ludica" – dealing with the artistic side of video games.

Editorial Coordinator

Started off as a game news reporter, part of a bigger team of other freelance writers. I wrote the average of 4+ news per day, reporting directly to senior editors, and practising my writing and reporting skills from international sources to Italian. In just a few months, I reached a responsibility-driven position and started working on features.

- Daily use of WordPress and Google Drive;
- Study of international sources to find the best news to report;
- Practised writing and publishing articles within the space of a few minutes, especially in the case of breaking news;
- Became a reviewer after just 4 weeks;

Games industry expert, specialised in human storytelling, copywriting, content and creative writing, with a burning passion for indie games and game development. Professionally, you could say I’ve been writing for about a decade – first as a trade journalist, then as a social media content specialist. In reality, I've been writing for nearly 20 years, be it for stories, games, short-form or long-form online content, across tech, gaming, corporate comms and the creative industries, both B2B and B2C.

I'm a Notion-certified professional, specialised in crafting project management systems for teams to improve their productivity and collaboration, as well as a professionally certified software developer and game programmer.
