While I was working on my PhD (thesis title `On-line Detection of Anomalies in Mission-Critical Software Systems`) I have got the chance to develop a new framework for anomaly detection which is based on kernel-level tracing facilities and on on-line statistical analysis;I have acquired a solid expertise in both machine learning and statistical analysis techniques.
