- Oversee inventory planning, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely product availability.

- Deliver personalised customer support and technical product advice to shooters of all levels.
- Curate and manage product range with a focus on quality, performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage digital platforms including website content, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Monitor financial performance and continuously optimise processes for efficiency and ROI.
- Handle business administration including budgeting, compliance, and stakeholder communications.
- Test and evaluate new products to ensure they meet the standards and needs of our customers.

Woolworths'  is one of the Australia's biggest supermarket chains which deliver the best in convenience, value and quality for their customers. As an employee, here are the roles and responsibilities involved:

- Working in the night fill to ensure that products are available to customers at any given time whilst following the policies and procedures.
- Picking and packing customer orders in the Online department to ensure that groceries are packed as per the Woolworths procedure as well as following the hygiene standards. It is provide the best customer experience when approaching purchases of groceries online.
- Ensuring that the tasks are done in a timely manner which involve a high level of time management skills.
- Ensure that the team members are adequately trained.

When I graduated from high school in 2016 with an ATAR of 50, it was a confronting and humbling experience. At the time, I wasn’t sure what the future held, but I made a decision not to let that number define me.

Through consistent effort, resilience, and a willingness to grow, I turned things around. Today, I work as a Senior Associate at a consulting firm and am currently completing my Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, alongside highly capable professionals from diverse backgrounds.

Outside of my professional career, I’m also the Co-Founder of 2Alpha Shooting Supplies, a business built to support Australia’s practical shooting community. We created 2Alpha to provide shooters with high-quality, reliable gear and timely service, because we understand how important dependable equipment is in both IPSC training and competition.
