Main activities and responsibilities:

• Reporting and communicating progress, issues/risks to project stakeholders and other team contacts;
• Calculating and monitoring the cost of deliveries;
• Coordinating with delivery managers on other teams in order to set out the release plan, taking into account priorities, team capacity and relationships with other teams;
• Supporting the team in sharing knowledge between team members;
• Managing the board and ensuring it is current and being used effectively;
• Managing the delivery calendar.
