Cyber Readiness: Ensures Soldiers meet cybersecurity certification requirements (e.g., DoD 8570/8140 compliance) and operational cyber training goals.
Training Oversight: Plans, supervises, and evaluates individual and collective training; ensures alignment with Cyber Operations Standards and METLs.
Operational Support: Provides enlisted leadership during cyberspace operations, mission planning, and execution; ensures mission readiness and capability delivery.
Administration and Logistics: Manages unit administrative requirements (awards, evaluations, promotions, disciplinary actions) and ensures logistical support for cyber operations tools and environments.
Security Compliance: Enforces compliance with information security policies, IA standards, OPSEC measures, and physical security requirements.
Leadership Development: Mentors and develops junior enlisted leaders to create a deep bench of cyber and tactical expertise within the unit.
