I am a global partnerships and revenue operations leader with 19+ years of experience, including 15+ driving partner strategy, operations, and program development across high-growth SaaS, Cloud, and Technology organizations. As Head of Global Partner Operations at Tricentis, I lead the execution and operations of the global channel GTM strategy. I rebuilt attribution and reporting frameworks to improve deal attribution and accuracy and reduce quoting issues, launched predictive analytics dashboards that cut forecasting and reporting time, and redesigned the partner portal to drive higher deal registrations and partner engagement.

Previously, I scaled Megaport’s global channel programs, generating $35M+ in net new revenue, building $50M+ in pipeline, and onboarding 350+ new partners while boosting engagement by 50 percent and certifying 600+ partner users. At IBM, I launched new marketplace programs that generated $50M+ in revenue and expanded the ecosystem to 1,700+ partners across 90+ distributors.
