• Promoted to oversee the development, strategy, operations, and management of a new set of GTM partner programs—IBM Partner Marketplaces Programs—that created a fully automated digital resell and distribution route; enhancing our partners’ lifecycle and allowing IBM to grow Cloud and SaaS sales. 
     - These programs generated $50MM+ in revenue growth; exceeding quota.  
     - Onboarded 11 IBM brands and 170+ portfolio software offerings.  
• Collaborated with executives to drive innovation through strategic initiatives and bring these to market. 
• Led the implementation of marketing and sales strategies to increase partner recruitment, engagement and retention, and nurture their lifecycle. 
     - Recruited 90+ “distributor-type” partners and over 1,700+ worldwide channel partners. 
• Partnered with global legal teams for the development of new and updated agreements and data governance procedures, as well as negotiated 15+ complex deals. 
• Led operations teams to collaboratively develop and support procedures for onboarding, ordering, provisioning, and billing. Accountable for developing and tracking all KPIs. 
• Managed agile teams to deliver products and capabilities, including special bids, consolidated billing, Cloud and SaaS enhancements, cross-border selling, seller compensation, and pricing enhancements.  

Legacy Incentive Programs
• IBM Referral Incentive for SaaS and Software
     - Administered, improved, and grew this program including signing 25 new partners in 5 months.
     - Management and supervision of pending payments and partner relationships after the program sunset.
• Long-Term Commitment Incentive
     - Coordinated the automation of this program, delivering a faster way to pay incentives.
     - Increased efficiency, retention, and performance by reducing payment times from weeks to under 5 days.

Program Director - IBM Partner Ecosystem, Channels

• Hired to oversee the leadership, management, operations, and strategy of distribution and resell incentive programs—a key revenue driver that allowed 6K+ channel partners to resell IBM Cloud and SaaS from 14 brands. 
• Collaboratively managed the strategy, onboarding, operations, finance, and communications of 3 key programs along with leadership of the support teams. 
• Optimized our programs via user stories, insights and feedback, to provide excellent customer service that captured 30% more renewals. 
• Collaborated and mentored our global customer service teams to troubleshoot all issues and reduce impact. Managed our databases, incentive websites, and content. 
• Designed the renewal incentive tool—a financial forecasting model used to analyze the impact, lifecycle, and profitability of 5K+ global partners. 
• Developed monthly reports to analyze data and trends. 
     - Reduced reporting time from several hours down to 20 minutes.

Program Manager - IBM Partner Ecosystem, Channel Sales

Coordinated the development of a social media-based sales platform
• Launched a successful pilot program to gather actionable feedback from business partners.
• Directed a 3-person software development team for the stand alone product.
• Created a marketing and deployment strategy for the future launch of the stand-alone product.

• Promoted to manage the risk assessment and credit acceptance of potential clients. Leadership of 11 employees. 
• Led the development of a risk management system to expedite the data vetting and approval process of new clients. 
     - Diminished data analysis time by 75% and lowered instances of fraud by 35%. 
     - Allowed more reliable risk management, and improved customer response time by 75%. 
• Led the government mandated portability project through the coordination of cross-functional teams. 
     - Generated $3MM in revenues and acquired 400K clients from competitors over the first 6 months.

Credit and Portability Specialist - Virtual Manager

• Negotiated payments of lost network traffic among competing telecommunications organizations.  
     - Brought resolution with favorable payment terms in 60%+ of the cases and increased revenues by an average of $15K per case. 
• Developed a system to analyze data and track discrepancies as well as close cases more efficiently. 
     - Reduced human error, reporting time by 80% and response time by 40%; raised productivity by 30%; and saved $10K annually through automation.

As the Senior Director of the Channel Programs at Megaport, I lead the development and execution of the global channel go-to-market (GTM) strategy and partner programs for our networking solutions. I have 15+ years of experience in technology, strategy, program development and management, with a focus on building and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

I have a robust entrepreneurial skillset and a proven track record of influencing corporate transformation and innovation across various organizations. At IBM, I was a Program Director for the IBM Partner Ecosystem, where I designed and implemented channel programs and tools that enabled our partners to sell and provision multiple IBM Cloud, SaaS, and XaaS products and solutions. I also hold multiple IBM certifications, including Agile and Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner.

I am passionate about creating value for our partners and customers, and leveraging my skills and expertise to make a positive impact in the Cloud and SaaS industry.
