Represented the Federation in external organizations and promoted opportunities for collaboration.
Managed Federation's social media pages, performed social media audits and created strategies to improve engagement.

Assessed applications and conducted interviews to select a team member to support the PR work.

Public Relations Coordinator

Provides academic support to students mainly via an online-based platform.
Helps students with research methodology, statistics and academic writing on topics of work, cognitive, clinical psychology, special needs education and linguistics.

Academic Tutor

KMOP

Did research, translation and designed educational materials for social impact projects on topics such as mental health, entrepreneurship and circular economy.
Provided administrative support for the organization and implementation of events, and their dissemination.

Psychology Intern

Participated in the writing process of 5 proposals for European Union and Council of Europe funding opportunities, the management and reporting of awarded grants.
Was responsible for the Erasmus+ operating grant, communicating with every team inside the Federation (100+ volunteers) to report on all activities of the mandate.
Achieved €85k+ in grants, for the Federation’s best financial year to date.
Contributed to processes of budgeting and reimbursements.
Created a booklet on European funding opportunities and delivered a workshop to Federation members.

Grants Team Member

Represented Greek Psychology students within the European Federation.
Was part of the Federation’s legislative body, along with the student-representatives of its 33 member countries.
Promoted opportunities for students via social media and organized a promotional event inside the psychology faculty that was attended by ~30 students.
Assessed 50+ applications and selected students to participate in the Federation’s annual congress. Guaranteed the participation of 34 Greek students out of approximately 350 participants – the most out of all 33 countries of the Federation.

Led a 15-member team through the organization and implementation of an international research event with 40+ participants.
Designed sponsorship packages and communicated via e-mail and phone with potential sponsors to fund the event. Organized and marketed a fund-raising event.
Created social media content to promote the event.
Attracted and selected student-researchers and PhD students-supervisors.
Designed team-building workshops and social activities during the event.
