Founder of SignOffs.net - I have built a service that allows construction contractors submit digital paperwork such as sign-offs, handovers and toolbox talks to their clients, automatically. Our software service is constantly updated with features and additions. I have 15 years of experience on several construction projects (infrastructure and building). Chartered with CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building, holding a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Infrastructure) and a master’s degree in Environmental and Ecological Engineering. Currently working as a Quantity Surveyor for Davis & Barrett ltd. I am passionate about automation and making tasks digital in the construction industry. I believe in using technology to make work easier and more efficient. Combining my solid background in construction with exceptional computer skills I strive to add value by solving existing problems, improving productivity and efficiency by submitting high quality work. My computer skills span from Excel, AutoCAD and Civil 3D to programming languages like VBA, R, JavaScript (vanilla, NodeJS, ReactJS), databases (MySQL, MongoDB), AutoLISP (for AutoCAD automation), web and website development. I am also well informed about construction practices where I manage to keep my knowledge on the construction field up to date through continuing professional development by attending online courses on CIOB Academy, Udemy or on LinkedIn Learning, or by magazines and books.
