As the Product Manager of Media Manager, I maintained and prioritized the roadmap, created the product strategy and vision and defined the pricing. Media Manager is a video workflow orchestration platform offering low-customization solutions, such as VOD2Live, Live2VOD, Cloud DVR, and Metadata Aggregation.
Main achievements:
* Revamped the strategy of Media Manager, a workflow orchestration platform, boosting market traction and deal success rates.
* Developed pricing lists for various solutions, ensuring competitiveness and maximizing revenue.
* Created successful solutions from ideation to execution, working closely with Sales teams and customers for effective validation.
* Kick-started a new product from scratch: Server Side Ad Insertion.

In this role I worked together with an engineering team, DevOps, Architects, the (Pre-)Sales team, the Marketing team and the Partners team.

Mapiq

At Mapiq I managed the product backlog and the outcome based roadmap for both the Mobile and the Web team. I partnered with our cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Design, Delivery, and Customer Success.
In my first months I successfully implemented the Scrum framework so that the company could react faster to changing circumstances and market needs.

Doordebenen was the first soccerblog of the Netherlands. It contained various categories like lookalike contest, explanations of nicknames, funny anecdotes and legendary games

Doordebenen taught me:
* how to build websites in Wordpress, 
* how to write entertaining articles,
* how to earn money through affiliate marketing,
* a lot about social media, SEO and analytics

After 11 years of great fun, it was time to find someone else to maintain the website.

Improve Digital

As a senior product manager at Improve Digital I managed and prioritized the roadmap of our two main applications. In my team there were two other product managers that worked on the same applications. My products were built by distributed teams of Java and PHP developers and by our internal development teams.
I monitored market trends and competitor performance and analyzed gaps to update promotional strategies and maximize sales.
On top of that I coordinated project planning and execution with team members and team leads.

Senior Product Manager

At the start of my product manager role, we shifted from working with the one distributed development team to another. I was involved in phasing out the one company and onboarding the other.

Later I was highly involved in the migration of our old platform in to a brand new redesigned platform with new business logic. This project took a year and the work of 80 developers over eight development teams. The end result was a widely communicated launch of the new platform.

zanox-M4N

I was responsible for testing and requirement engineering of new features and functionalities of our affiliate marketing platform. I supported the account management team by providing solutions to help them achieve their objectives. As the Scrum Master for our on-site development team, I coordinated sprints, ensured we followed Scrum processes, and removed any impediments for the team. I also planned releases for new software versions. Additionally, as a member of the Post Merger Integration team, I managed the technical integration of the M4N system with the zanox system.
