Manage the EMEA Sales Associate teams. Main responsibilities include:

- Maintaining / enhancing sales performances across the team
- Working in tandem with Sales Operations/-development and the Regional Sales Managers in order   to enhance overall performance of the SA team
- Develop career progressions and compensation models in tandem with Sales Operations
- Oversee personal sales developments through training and best practices
- Oversee group meetings/work sessions with the team
- Weekly individual sales-performance meetings with each of the SA's

Ultimately, my responsibility is to ensure consistent MRR contribution (monthly recurring revenue) to Falcon.io, which is accomplished through the above mentioned initiatives, but most importantly by supporting the highly dedicated and skilled Sales Associate team in the Copenhagen and the Berlin office.

Inside Sales Manager

As an Associate Account Executive I understand the product benefits and advantages and I help to establish perfect, strategic fit between companies and our platform and services. I follow social media and digital trends to stay up to date with global developments in the industry. I am responsible for exploring and facilitating sales opportunities as well as building long standing relationships with organizations in established and emerging markets: EMEA, Asia, Australia and South America. 

Key responsibilities include:
• Identify business opportunities and target markets
• Make initial customer engagement
• Identify each potential customer’s needs
• Formulate business proposals according to customers’ business needs
• Negotiate prices, price variations and specifications
• Manage accounts and expansion activities
• Develop new opportunities and close existing ones
