Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Australia

I worked on 6 main projects during this time which included; 
1) NITV 12 Markets - The aim was to increase revenue by changing the broadcast from a single market to across five metro and seven regional markets.
2) SBS WorldWatch - •	Led a Program of work of 26 people delivering 7 streams of work across the SBS organisation on 'Project Compass' to launch SBS WorldWatch on linear Channel 35 and live streamed via OnDemand
3) Project Managed the implementation of the SBS Census Explorer site 
4) The Federal Government Feasibility Study into a potential relocation of SBS to Greater Western Sydney
5) Monetisation of audio live-streams and podcasts by enabling digital advertisement to be programmatically served as pre-rolls, mid-roll and post-rolls as well as dynamically inserted ads in catch-up audio and geo-targetting by country, postcode, IP Address and device. SBS saw an uptick of revenue of over 140% on last year above the industry average
6) Collaborated between SBS & ABC on an RFP process for DAB+ transmission services on the Gold Coast due to be rolled-out in 2024 and RFP process for the contract renewal of DAB+ Metro transmission services, including new regional sites and improving emergency tunnel provisions

Hearing Australia

Managing multiple projects including launch of Australian Hearing new corporate website on the Kentico content management system, migration of SMS to Telstra Whisper platform and launch of Voice of Client project on the Confirmit platform which includes both email and SMS survey of client satisfaction. Ability for the organisation to take online bookings for Hearing Centres and online assessment to allow members of the public to test their hearing online before coming into a centre. I have also been part of the marketing team who successfully re-launched Australian Hearing to the Hearing Australia brand

Digital Project Manager

Reserve Bank of Australia

Management of the Design Phase of Payments Policy project for capture, store and make available data for analysts for reporting purposes. This included Requirements gathering & solution design (specifically the data submission from external financial institutions and storing, validation, transformation and reporting on RBA's internal Business Intelligence Platform) and alignment of Financials & Resources key to the delivery phase.

Sydney Trains

Provided a technology solution with support of technology resources per Sydney Trains' corporate plan to deliver a governance structure and workflows for editing, approval and publishing of documents into a centralised repository and accessible via a portal containing Sydney Trains business processes on safety standards, practices and procedures.

I outlined a mix of digital technologies that enabled internal transformation and a customer-facing platform to support the organisations ecommerce and marketing efforts. This included articulation of benefits to WWF, changes needed to support these technologies (including training and the investment required
