Anubha is a highly motivated professional with experience across diverse industries, including sustainability, technology, electrical engineering, supply chain management, and education. She holds an undergraduate degree in Electronics and Telecommunications and is currently pursuing her MBA in Sustainable Management at IIM Lucknow. She is passionate about leading projects that drive digital transformation while embedding sustainability into core business strategies. Her key interests lie in climate action, policy development, ESG, and decarbonisation strategies. She began her career as an electrical engineer with Indian Railways, where she contributed to the transition from diesel to electric fleets—a significant step toward climate action. Later, she worked as a project manager at a preschool committed to providing affordable, quality education, where she designed and implemented strategies to support the school’s expansion. Transitioning to the Joint SDG Fund at the United Nations as an intern, she automated processes using Power Automate, identified diverse funding opportunities to amplify fund impact, and refined funding strategies. Currently, she is a Project Intern with Tata Steel's innovation arm. Through various academic projects, she has also developed expertise in decarbonisation strategies, ESG ratings, GHG accounting, and multiple types of sustainability reporting. As a Certified Scrum Master, she brings skills to lead Agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
