I am currently pursuing my PGP in Sustainable Management at IIM Lucknow and actively seeking internship positions in sustainability, clean energy, carbon tax, etc. Experienced in project management across diverse industries, including technology, electrical, supply chain management, and education. I hold an undergraduate degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.  I am passionate about project management that drives digital transformation while integrating sustainability into business strategies and decisions. My specific interests lie in Climate Action and policy as well as ESG Strategies. During my tenure at the Indian Railways, I led a team that ensured the continuation of essential public transport services (such as 'Shramik' trains) and freight services during the COVID-19 pandemic. In my last as a project manager at a preschool, I leveraged demographic data and sociological marketing insights to establish and expand affordable quality education. As a Certified Scrum Master, I possess the necessary tools to lead Agile teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and apply Agile principles to drive continuous improvement while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Outside of work, I engage in community-based activities like volunteering, cycling, and hiking and have a keen interest in reading.
