• Oracle HCM Rollout – Canada (900+ employees): UAT testing, data cleansing, ESS/MSS enablement, and Oracle–ADP bridge validation with EY.
• Canada Payroll Transition (300+ employees): Oversaw move from ADP Pay@Work to WFN; handled data uploads, T&A config, SOP creation, and testing.
• Oracle HCM Rollout – U.S. (300+ employees): Acted as SSC HR SME; supported system mapping, UAT, and Oracle–ADP bridge setup with EY.
