Launched "Security Center" in September 2023 for all native app users (approx 30M+ customers).

Security Center is one place stop for all activities related to:
1. Account Security (Password, Biometrics etc.)
2. Fraud Prevention (Phishing, Awareness articles etc.)

It provides a wonderful experience to user with a Security Score (based on 5 parameters) reflecting how secure the user is.

Defined key metrics to gauge adoption, engagement and growth. Using Tableau for dashboards.

Collaboration with stakeholders to roll-out marketing campaigns to boost awareness which should yield a steep growth in key business metrics related to enrollment, personalization etc.

Relaunched "Cashier's Check" in November 2022.
This entails a complete revamp of user journey (detailed user persona with UX research).

Mobilization: Available to mobile/tablet. In earlier avatar it was Desktop only.

Modernization: A freshly designed front end which migrated from jQuery to React Fusion. Lot of new components built by the framework team.

Launched a self-serve (Offline to Online) feature "Verification of Deposits (VoD)" in Aug 2022 for individual retail customers.

VoD enables customers to generate a letter reflecting their T-1 (Transaction date minus one) balances for all the savings & checking accounts held with the bank. 

This letter is useful to evaluate the borrowing profile of the account holder and is generally sought by all mortgage providers.

Each letter generation results in approx. saving of $4 to the bank.  

This feature had lead to a tremendous efficiency gain. The  number of letters generated online (MoM) as a percentage of total letters generated had moved from single digits in 1st month to approx. 56% after 4 months since launch.

Shipped multiple fixes to Production related to product compliance addressing SHRP issues, regulatory disclosures.
