2. Analyzing and negotiating finance documents with clients while ensuring risk and legal requirements
3. Financial modeling and deal structuring of project/ term loans. Credit appraisal for Short term loan, factoring, fund and non-fund working capital through financial analysis, earning projection, stress testing 
4. Conducting due diligence, peer benchmarking, transaction specific analysis and security perfection
5. Presenting credit proposals to sanctioning authority for approval. Negotiating pricing, coordinating with overseas branches for funding requirement and assisting commercial branch in operations
6. Building, maintaining relationships with corporate customer and ensuring 360 degree coverage
