Moving around the globe, I had the opportunity to meet people from different cultures and learned to appreciate diversity. Being an extrovert, adapting to change comes naturally to me. Right out of college, I jumped at the opportunity for a career in HR. I found my love to help organizations find the right talents for technical and non-technical teams. Moving to the US and raising my family, I connected with people from my ethnicity and taught kids to learn their regional language! I helped schools frame syllabi, and coached and mentored teachers in the strategy of learning a language. To educate and maintain culture and heritage, I provided opportunities for the community to come together by organizing various social and cultural events. I even emceed them! With my knowledge gained through project management and my love for working with people, I transitioned my career to become a Scrum Master. I’m currently handling 3 teams to help the members design experiments that drive their continuous improvement. I’m open to full-time or contract Scrum Master opportunities!
