Currently working for a leading luxury brand, and a mega resort Atlantis Resorts, at an upscale Peruvian influenced Japanese beach Restaurant, Nobu By The Beach, which is the first of it's kind. Although I specialize in Italian Cuisine as well as American casual dining, I prefer to broaden my spectrum of knowledge by switching to this new cuisine. I am familiar with the hygiene & quality standards that should be followed in a luxury brand.
