•	Helped prepare the company for due diligence processes ahead of investor funding. Bounce subsequently attracted $12.2 million in Series A funding from Sequoia Capital and Accel Partners

•	Inventory management, order fulfillment, vendor communications and forecast of consumer demand. The two-member team grew to 15 in two months, and brought in over $1.2 million in monthly sales.

• Responsibilities: Cost estimation for on-going projects, Monitoring milestone progress reports, Involvement in creation of global project management procedures for the organization, Vendor communication for procurement activities, Customer Satisfaction Index: Development of quantitative value for client service metrics.
