Our team creates authentic and catchy videos in Animated, Live-Action or Hybrid formats. 

My responsibilities as a Business Development Director are:
•	Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
•	Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; recommending equity investments.
•	Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; estimating partners' needs and goals.
•	Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
•	Plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans.
•	Create the video marketing project plans for customers that aligns with any/all marketing initiatives of the partner company.
•	Manage production and distribution schedules for all videos.
•	Monitor metrics to ensure videos are providing an ROI to the partner organization.

Identification of new contacts, developing sales leads and responding to sales opportunities in order to maximize revenue, participation in preparation of sales action plans, attending sales meetings, developing new ideas such as special packages, programs, generation and development of sales leads and connections with potential clients to build business relationships, presentation of the benefits of the hotel to the customers, day to day effective sales calls to key customers, preparation of sales proposals for clients, organization of events and presentations, preparation of monthly reports for the management, preparation of the contracts for the partners, responding to complaints from customers and giving after-customers and after-sales support when requested, monitoring customer satisfaction regularly and resolving of outstanding issues to ensure future business

Analyze local Market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads, online marketing, individual and group reservations, responsible for correspondance eith customers and acquirement of new ones, creation and development of new ideas, preparation sales action plans and schedules, negotiation room rates/packages with corporate clients, representation of the Hotel during the corporate meetings and events, preparation of invoices and other organizational issues.
