Incubated at Harvard Innovation Labs at the Techstars Boston Pre-accelerator 2024, SelfFull is making coaching tools OBSOLETE by redefining how coaching programs scale, drive revenue and prove ROI with AI-powered personalized accountability. We’re actively building a platform that helps coaching practices of all sizes, from independent coaches with seat-based subscriptions to larger programs looking to scale efficiently.

Our AI-driven system is designed to provide real-time insights, structured support, and enhanced client engagement, helping coaching programs deliver measurable impact while reducing administrative burden. By integrating directly with each coaching program’s unique content, we’re creating an immersive AI-driven support system that traditional tools can’t match.

After starting at the Harvard Innovation Lab Pre-Accelerator we have since grown through partnerships with Microsoft for Startups, Google for Startups, and our participation in Launch Blue. We’re proud to now be part of WTIA’s Founder Cohort 12, continuing our mission to bring AI-powered coaching solutions to a rapidly evolving industry. We’re still developing and refining our platform with real-world coaching use cases, and we’re excited to bring this innovation to market.

Started this role as part of the first Customer Service Recruitment team in the Seattle office. Taking on this role has led me to work with an incredible team of the brightest minds from all over the world. It has been the most challenging and rewarding culture I have worked in. 

This company has required me to become comfortable with an incredibly fast-paced nature of growth and has inspired my focus on creative problem solving; replacing old school hiring efforts with marketing infused hiring strategies. •	Leading project manager of a six-recruiter hiring team. Trained 8 oncoming recruiters to exceed fulfillment goals for clients large scale hiring events. Collaborating with client team to analyze hiring trends/expectations and strategically plan for current goals. 
•	Proposed and piloted a new scheduling and result tracking method in order to maximize efficiency of time use and enable analysis for areas of improvement 
•	Responsible for evaluating resumes and screening up to 60 candidates per week, group scheduling 140-160 appointment a week and moving those candidates through the applicant tracking system; while meeting client’s compliance standards.
•	Implementing strong ability to: assess qualifications / personality and corporate culture fit, connect with and gain the respect / trust of both candidates and clients, and handle multiple position requests.

Randstad Sourceright US/ contract for Alaska Airlines – Seattle, WA

•	Facilitated training for 6 new coordinators. Developed training materiel and manuals to structure training. 
•	Ensured compliance and efficiency while processing employment applications and initiating/completing background investigations for candidates. Completed over 500 backgrounds while ensuring FAA regulations. 
•	Was responsible for assisting over 100 new Management and Executive level hires with their relocation; insuring accurate compliance with the relocation policy and a great candidate experience.
•	Collaborated with Upper Management to create and develop a Recruiter Dashboard that is used to monitor company-level performance.
Excelled in time management to meet coordinating needs (scheduling interviews, event planning, new-hire paperwork and candidate regrets) of several recruiters and departments at any given moment; providing assistance to candidates in the absence of recruiter(s).

After 7 years at Meta in organizational development and analytics, I saw firsthand the gaps in coaching tech. A layoff gave me the push to build something better. SelfFull is designed for coaching programs of all sizes, from solo practices using seat-based subscriptions to large-scale accelerators looking for scalable solutions.
