Andjelka Djukic is a passionate advocate for education, culture, and gender equality, currently making her mark as an Account Executive in the Ed-Tech industry. She represents aNewSpring, a cutting-edge learning platform, where she drives global partnerships and fosters innovation in education. Additionally, she is the co-founder of the NGO Innovative Women of Serbia (IWS), dedicated to promoting workplace gender equality and supporting women across Serbia and the region. She is a co-founder of an art-centric civic organization LADA as well. With a strong foundation in the arts, Andjelka graduated with a Master's degree in Music Pedagogy and a Ph.D. in Musicology from the Faculty of Music in Belgrade. Her academic journey includes participation in award-winning performances across Serbia, Slovenia, Hungary, and China as a soloist and member of the renowned "Collegium Musicum" choir. Parallel to her music studies, Andjelka pursued Sociology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. She has been deeply involved in cultural and academic initiatives, including editing the sociology-themed magazine ViDiM, organizing The Night of the Museums, and curating exhibitions such as the Sociologists’ Caricatures, now a permanent display at the faculty. Her drawings have been exhibited in cultural centers in Serbia and internationally, including the University of Salzburg. Over the years, Andjelka has contributed to numerous projects bridging the arts, education, and social issues. Highlights include her involvement in the "Media Influence on Cultural Awareness" study, the "Belgrade of Contrast" music initiative, and "Returning to Life," a partnership with the NGO ANLI and the Ministry of Sustainable Development. Her conference lectures span topics from musicology to art in revolutionary periods, presented in Budapest, Vienna, and Sorbonne. As a co-founder of the civic organization LADA, Andjelka has organized a variety of cultural events, including concerts, exhibitions, and performances, and has collaborated with the Muzikon orchestra on production and marketing efforts. Her rich career also includes experience as an account manager in marketing agencies, which paved the way for her transition into the global Ed-Tech space. Through her multifaceted career, Andjelka continues to blend her expertise in culture, education, and sociology, trying to leave an impact on every field she enters.
