Provided leadership for team delivering HR and Employee Health functions for a freestanding 99-bed acute care hospital, a home care agency, hospice agency and physician practice organization. Responsibilities included recruitment, employee relations, engagement, culture, on boarding, compliance with all regulatory requirements and policy and procedure administration.
