Being hungry for growth and change is the biggest driver behind everything I am today. 

I also read books. Trained myself in skills and mindset. Worked hard. Became goal oriented. Invested in my education. And kept moving forward.
(I do all of this even today and will continue do so)

I don’t think millennials burn out because we’re weak.

I think we burn out because we’re over-responsible.

We were told to get the degree. Build the résumé. Say yes to stretch roles. Upskill constantly. Be financially smart. Stay fit. Heal our trauma. Be present partners. Maybe even build a side hustle.

And don’t complain.

So we push. We deliver. We over-function.
Until one day, the body keeps score.

I’ve realised burnout isn’t a time-management problem.
It’s an identity problem.

When my worth is tied to performance, rest feels uncomfortable… almost unsafe.

For me, the shift wasn’t “work less.”

It was redefining success, before success redefined me.
