My birth name is 'Vijayalakshmi,' but 'April' symbolizes the incredible journey I underwent and the person I've become—a journey I embrace wholeheartedly. Life, to me, is a quilt of gifts and lessons. I live by two principles: not worrying about things beyond our control and recognizing everything as either a gift or a lesson. Professionally I'm April Strong, a TEDx speaker, globally certified NLP Practitioner, Communications and Public Speaking mentor, and an ICF Certified Mindset Coach. As a dedicated Public Speaking Mentor, I specialize in helping C-suite leaders wield the power of communication to create impactful influence. As a Corporate Trainer, I collaborate with organizations, specializing in behavioral and communication skills training. My approach aims for on-the-job transformation, deviating from traditional education. I'm blessed to be associated with brands like HDFC AMC, Burgeon Skills, and Cometobe coaching, while also contributing as a trainer to various organizations. As a Mindset Coach, I engage with individuals both in groups and one-on-one sessions. There are Two guiding principles that govern my life: first, never worry about the things you have no control over,and second, everything in life is either a gift or a lesson.
