As the Manager of Court Reporting Operations for the state of Georgia, I was responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, including scheduling depositions, coordinating reporters, ensuring timely transcription and client delivery, and handling customer billing disputes. By building relationships with over 30 independent court reporters, I was able to triple revenue year over year. In this role, I also managed a team of 10 employees remotely, including hiring, training, and onboarding new staff members and independent court reporters.

Court Reporting Operations Manager - Georgia

Responsible for all day-to-day administrative tasks for the firm including: managing the firm's financial operations (accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank deposits and credit card reconciliation), Developing and maintaining an HR system for hiring, onboarding, training and enrolling new employees in insurance and 401k programs.  Assisted in the growth of the firm by implementing administrative processes that allowed the attorneys to focus on law and coordinated with vendors to handle office needs such as IT, furnishings and food/beverages.  On occasion, I aided the attorneys as needed with personal tasks including travel arrangements, shopping, etc.

Assisted a team of six sales people and their Manager in radio advertisement sales for a Regional Mexican Radio Station by creating Presentations to support sales team in presenting proposals to clients.  I provided assistance to other departments and wrote Spanish copy for commercial production and provided Spanish voice overs as needed. I was responsible for coordinating offsite station events, such as concerts, bringing in artists from Mexico, arranging their travel and aiding as their interpreter.
