 Designed learning engagement to support virtual and in-person training facilitation on federal regulations, financial aid policy, student lending, financial literacy, and professional development content. 

Celebrated the financial aid profession; conducted interviews of senior leadership nationwide and contributed weekly content to Nelnet's Financial Aid Administrator Blog.

Ensured compliance and training for Alamo Colleges District Student Financial Aid Services which serves as an umbrella to five community colleges:  San Antonio, Palo Alto, Northwest Vista and Lakeview Colleges and over 50K student population
Trained 100+ employees and community partners in cross functional training-unifying all satellite locations and augmented student customer interaction.
Spearheaded detailed responses to Federal Student Aid, TX State, and Internal Audits able to target $500K in unclaimed student funds resulted in meeting critical continued program eligibility.
