I had the amazing opportunity to mentor new RVP’s and junior inside sales staff, while selling nCino’s Bank Operating System to banks with asset sizes up to $25B.

Leading as Account Executive for the Private Label Division, I successfully developed and executed business development and revenue generation strategies for existing retail-space Fortune 100 companies. 

Scope of responsibility: Managing and cultivating long-term relationships with C-level decision makers, closing deals ranging from $4MM to $90MM. I worked closely with top-tier marquee clients across various markets.

Harland Clarke is a leading provider of integrated payment solutions, direct marketing, and contact center services along with delivery and anti-fraud products to retailers and financial institutions (banks, credit unions, and securities firms) nationwide.

Account Executive, Private Label » Business Development | Revenue Generation | Leadership

Progressing in roles of increasing responsibility, I was selected as the Client Manager for Harland Clarke’s Private Label Division in 2008, reporting directly to the Vice President of the Division.

Scope of responsibility: Management of Private Label clients representing $17MM in annual revenue; managing strategy across client relationships, operations, and marketing/growth

Key leader in driving partnership strategy, collaborating with sales executives in the identification and implementation of new product and service revenue opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction while propelling company goals. This was a cross-functional role, where I served as a conduit to all functional areas including IT, Contact Center, and Manufacturing. 

I worked closely with C-level clients, forging strong relationships critical to client and company success.

» Improved C-Sat from 88% to 96% in first 12 months by implementing KPI “best practices” metrics

I conducted high-profile interviews with Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and other top military leaders. Conducted annual media training for Air Force Base Commanders.
