Working directly with the CEO and co-founders, as the first and only hire, in an innovative SaaS tech start up from early pre-launch stages. 
- Successfully launched a Pilot with 5,800+ users onboarded.
- Increasing brand image and awareness by seeing through Digital marketing campaigns from start to finish. 
- Successfully Flexified the company and became the 4th most flexible small company in 2021 (Flexa®).
- Implemented SEO strategies taking the company website from page 8 in organic search results, to the number 1 result in various keyword searches.
- Involved in the app development, working on the UX/UI in order to improve conversion rates.
- Working in figma/flow to build customer journey flows for customer acquisition and retention.
- Writing copy for the app, ads, website, emails and press releases.
- Responsible for all email marketing (with campaign CTR rates as high up as 69.11%) and customer communication.
- Managed and produced investor communications and updates.
- Creating organic and paid content for social media channels.
- PPC, PPV campaigns with results as low as £0.09 cost per lead and an average of £1.86 cost per user.
- 14.33% CTR rates on paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns. (Industry average being 1.04%)
- Creative directing and organising video ad shoots with videographers, booking talent and writing scripts.
- Project management and oversight.

Working in various areas such as Marketing, Events, Luxury Sales, Social Media Management and Public Relations has helped me develop invaluable skills to help me further strengthen and apply my theoretical knowledge learnt in University in day-to-day tasks and projects. I was the first student from my University to gain a placement with InterContinental Malta in their Sales & Marketing department. 

During the year I:

-	Rotated through the office and trained with the Marketing team, MICE team, Events team, Reservations and Luxury sales team.
-	Took over the social media of the hotel, its F&B outlets as well as the pages for the newly opened Holiday Inn Express Malta hotel.
-	Worked closely with media, press and social influencers on various campaigns.
-	Integrated HTML applications in to the hotel’s social media for HR purposes. 
-	Looked after the hotel’s VIP clients.
-	Worked alongside the MICE team supporting the running of international conferences and events in IACC and other meeting rooms with the capacity of up to 3,600 attendees.
