- Update Metrics, Statistics, and reports for Weekly Checkpoints of NOC Project.
- Responsible for Digitization Assessments as well as updates on the Account
- Tracking and reporting of internal Process Improvements on the Account.
- Tracking and reporting of Audit findings on Project Governance Office on ITIS
- Tracking and reporting of Productivity records.
- Tracking and reporting of internal Metrics and SLA´s for several Project on the EA Account.

Account Process Quality Leader 

-Responsible for mentoring and guidance to IT Projects in several locations(Mexico, USA, India) to ensure that all artifacts are in compliance according to ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 Standard 
-Ensure proper tracking of documents, records as well as team awareness. 
-Reviewing the Implementation plan of SMS at the CDMX site
-Account Assessments to identify any deviation regarding the main requirements that have been defined on Contracts
-Tracking and Reporting of Audit findings on Project Governance Office on ITIS
