• Managed and led a team of 23 professionals effectively that enabled the company to finish MVP 6 months earlier than anticipated
• Conducted research to create a comprehensive marketing plan to optimize CAC and improve lead conversion for target audience that resulted in 60% conversion rate
• Awarded startup India DPITT Certificated (500 companies were selected out of 10K monthly) enabling the company to directly interact and partner with state run schools
