myMobilty (MM) is a non-profit organization established in Tetovo, North Macedonia in March 2021, 
it will promote value and bring values  at national , regional and European mobility through Sports, Formal and Non Formal Education including disadvantages targets and people. 

MM is a educational training provider  in a local and European level. MM has a consulting role for public and private bodies in order to promote and develop European and trans-continental projects in youth, adults, nature, environmental, inclusion, education, sports, culture, art, tourism, media, public health It, ICT, Software. 

Inclusion and diversity are core value for MM places a special emphasizes including young people with fewer opportunities. Indeed “ priority” will be given to support awareness- raising about environmental and climate change challenges. 

To create and adapt the policy of mobility and programs in North Macedonia, Balkan and EU.
To invest, train and promote national and regional program in the field of EU programs.

Main responsibilities: 

·       Provide leadership, source and execute investment opportunities in Europe, UK and USA market.

·       Manage a team of Investment Managers, Associates, members of the Value Creation Team and external providers through the investment and ESG process.

·       Lead due diligence, direct transaction team and coordinate transaction execution and closing

·       Present investment proposals to the Investment Government in charge of FDI

·       Actively work with project / portfolio companies’ post-investment in close cooperation with the Value Creation Team

·       Liaising with Investee’s management teams, and ensure that best financial and non-financial practices, including EMS (Environmental Management Systems) are implemented

·       Take board seats in Investee partners companies in domestic and international companies in North Macedonia.

·       Coach, develop and mentor the team in their career development in Agency of Foreign Investments and Export Promotion in North Macedonia.

·       Business development with the objective to build a strong pipeline of potential investment opportunities in North Macedonia.

·       Gather Market Intelligence and provide guidance to the Trade and Export Team in the promotion of North Macedonian products overseas 

·       · Strategic input towards preparing of Product Profiles for potential exporters and marketing the product overseas

·        Mapping of products by demand, country, supply, capacity in North Macedonia. 

·       Identify exporters to engage with. Exporters identified should have an objective to grow their business in any way.

·       Meeting with exporters and gather information which will equip the Trade and Export Division to be able to identify strategies to assist in the expansion and growing the business of the exporter.

Job Summary
Responsible for instructing others about the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Assigns books and essays for students to read and teaches them how to identify themes, points of view, and other characteristics.

Primary responsibilities
Instruct students on interpreting literature.
Assign books to read, including classics and contemporary novels.

Purpose of the job
 To continue mainstreaming Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) and other up-to-date ELT approaches and methodology in international school in Tetovo, Macedonia by;
•	Teaching and training small groups of Macedonian students & teachers.
•	Contributing to curriculum renewal for new tertiary level English Courses.
•	Participating in annual training conferences and other smaller externally funded ELT related projects

Highly skilled in sales and and business operations taking leading role in development of proposal and presentations for new business lead to create nature business opportunities and partnership.
