- Built a growing network of tutors who have delivered nearly 100 lessons since launch

- Designed and developed the initial platform using Flutter and Firebase for rapid deployment and scalability

- Oversaw up to 6 courts simultaneously, managing coaching activities and ensuring quality and safety across all sessions.

- Mentored and supported other coaches, providing guidance and mentoring — especially for new coaches.

- Designed and delivered age-appropriate training plans, adapting to players' abilities and goals.

- Redesigned and built both the client web app and user mobile app from the ground up using Flutter

- Developed and implemented new UX/UI workflows

- Initiated and developed clustering and classification algorithms to evaluate the quality of user-submitted inputs, for both image and text data.

- Collaborated closely with cross-functional startup teams to align development with business needs and rapidly iterate on features.
