Artificial General Intelligence Lab

• Analyzed and researched hundreds of phrases to detect, differentiate, and measure inherent cognitive bias in support of AGI Laboratory research work. These bias detection techniques will become part of the bias detection system that can detect various prompt injection attacks and other AGI system vulnerabilities.

Cognitive Bias Detection Research Volunteer

Supported the DoD – Defense Health Agency Clinical Laboratory Medicine Services:
• Provided remote support for 8 pilots and projects from IOC (initial) to FOC (functional operating capability) for the Defense Health Agency Transformation Patient and Provider Facing Initiative working with world-wide military labs and treatment facilities. 
• Coordinated Lab Utilization Initiatives including Optimizing the Clinical Laboratory Test Menu in MHS Genesis and Optimizing Lab Contract Utilization (LabCorp) via monthly laboratory testing spend analysis, intelligent use of internal DHA reference labs, proper identification and coding of all medical/lab tests that were conducted in-house or by LabCorp, identifying and implementing cost saving opportunities and documenting process improvements.
• Delivered program services for the CLIP (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Program) management, Medical Treatment Facilities/Clinics, Credentialing and Privileging capabilities market research, pilot planning, execution, and policy development via coordination with J6 (IT) and J5 (Strategy/Management) teams.
• Managed the CLIP (Clinical Laboratory Innovation Program) operational and program management support for both the Expired and 30/60/90 Days expiring CLIPS world-wide for all branches of services and both joint/three letter agency lab/military treatment facilities through daily interaction with military labs.
• Created Senior Leadership/Executive briefings and other artifacts including new DoD policies, standard operating procedures, and operating instructions to support DHA work. 
• Mentored team and military members with incorporating best business practices and strategic thinking, problem-solving, planning and solutioning across multiple military treatment facilities/clinics and other healthcare facilities while streamlining business and operational processes and updated SOPs/OIs.

Program/Project Manager

USAA - contract via Millennium Group

• Coordinated and tracked issues and outages via ServiceNow for 17 financial, life and health vendors and their related regular and out-of-cycle maintenance for USAA applications and services and reviewed and communicated with those vendors and other USAA lines of business / stakeholders.
• Developed requirement documents for various technical work and managed projects as lead vendor facilitator and collaborated on new contract agreements and existing contracts to ensure SLO and other metrics, technical expectations (security, network issues, API, web response times, incident recovery timeframes, RCA’s and other technical benchmarks) were included for vendor scoring and tracking.
• Facilitated vendor/internal USAA mainframe disaster recovery and business continuity exercises and documentation.
Utilized strong relationship building, business communication, partnership and facilitation soft skills to engage as needed with vendors and participated in project management activities using waterfall, agile and KANBAN methodologies while using RTC, ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Worked with vendors and internal teams to determine both business and technical requirements for the EQUINIX Health Platforms (Connecture and BenefitFocus) API, SSO and File migrations.

Senior IT Systems Analyst / Vendor Technology Manager

• Conducted IT Program/Project financial, priority ranking and detailed BCC “Be a Compliant Company” injects analysis, review, and coordination with various lines of business and worked with stakeholders on reporting deliverable statuses. Utilized strong business communication and facilitation soft skills. 
• Created executive level weekly and monthly presentations and tracked the overall status, delivery status, staffing and financial status on several programs related to risk / issue management and digital channels.
• Oversaw with two lines of business: Digital Experience $9M (five projects) and Global Service Delivery $27M (6 projects) and assisted them in reporting progress of their deliverables and tracking of both development and general / administrative budgets and burn rates verbiage for status and program updates to USAA Executive Council members. • Provided financial analysis, system integration expertise and IT recommendations along with best business practices that helped support a global IT department with both on-premise and Cloud infrastructures using Apptio, Clarity, SQL, SaaS and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Conducted financial forensic analysis of IT and General Ledger expenses and worked with both Apptio and Clarity vendors on fixing, automating and enhancing the data feed between the two systems in order to provide a more accurate and robust financial data picture of global IT operations. Updated 106+ vendor identifications to the vendor file and vendor template and added job classifications to employee file. Assisted with the creation of a vendor table match and prepaid vendor ids solution and worked to classify over $6.0 Million unallocated expenses into their correct expense accounts for the 4th quarter 2017 and all of 2018, and prepared for next budget cycle. 
• Discovered many telecommunication related services that could be terminated due to a data center relocation analysis resulting in the realization of thousands of dollars in permanent monthly cost-savings.
• Led a billing statement streamlining process improvement with data center vendor (S-24) to consolidate monthly services billing statements into three regions (US, Brazil and London) with a listing of all monthly completed business change orders and supporting details
