With over two decades in the shipbuilding industry, my journey began in 2004 with a summer job at Saajos AS—what used to be one of Estonia’s leading fire door manufacturers for ships. What started as a factory role quickly evolved into an international sales career, exporting Estonian expertise to global markets. I gained valuable European-Asian trade experience at TNF Inexa AB before taking a step back to focus on what truly matters—family. Recognizing Estonia’s untapped potential in the shipbuilding sector, I founded the Estonian Marine and Manufacturing Initiative (EMI) to connect our top manufacturers with the world’s largest buyers. EMI is more than a network—it’s a platform that ensures Estonian companies meet the highest global standards, delivering world-class quality and final products. Today, I work closely with industry leaders in cruise ship and luxury yacht building, creating opportunities for Estonian expertise to shine on the global stage. Business, for me, is built on trust and respect—values that have guided me through 20 years in the industry.
