Talent Community Coordinator

•	support the Associate Directors in the operational activities of the Admissions Department (Profile Reviews, Information Sessions, Interviews and Assessment) 
•	act as the point of contact (coordination and constant communication) with prospective and incoming students for the full-time MBA and the Master in Management (MiM) and guide them through the application process
•	manage a high volume of email queries and respond to requests for information

•  handling communications with customers, distribution channels (in store and online) and with logistics partners
• monitoring customer credit accounts and reporting irregularities, analyzing invoices and manually posting payments (SAP)
• resolving complaints and preventing additional issues to improve the customer experience
• providing support to the BackOffice department to find customer-focused solutions

Distribution and Online Services - UK Market

Fira Barcelona

•	provide operational support for tradeshow services that enhance the customer experience and drive value for exhibitors and sponsors
•	collaborate with  senior management and internal departments in the planning, organization, set-up and execution of event related activities and onsite management
•	develop a complete understanding of all rules and regulations for the Fira’s Convention and Exposition policies and procedures
•	coordinate and execute key customer communications and maintain event databases
•	manage relationships with vendors and exhibitor appointed contactors to ensure that client requirements are met
•	facilitate exhibitor orders using the e-commerce platform and SAP including processing changes and refunds and confer with accounting to establish credit and finalize invoicing
•	prepare post-show analysis of activities and an assessment of vendors, services, internal processes, etc. and make recommendations for improvements
•	assist with special projects assigned  by the management committee
