Responsibilities also involve making purchases for the Dean’s office, preparing correspondence and applications for foreign nationals, and performing additional duties as assigned by the Dean. Independent decision-making and judgment are essential, particularly for event planning and project management. Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills are required to manage significant responsibilities and deadlines effectively.

Dean's Assisant/Office Manager

Counseling, Quantitative Methods, and Special Educations Office Management - Hiring, firing, and supervising student workers, organizing their schedules, and preparing time transmittals for Payroll are key responsibilities. Tasks include answering phones, managing Banner applications, updating class schedules, processing student overrides, and overseeing academic planning, such as course schedules and textbook orders.
