Vice President, Solutions Consulting

As the Director of Client Consulting, I identify relevant marketing and consumer data solutions to meet client needs. To successfully do so, I collaborate daily with various internal research and client service teams to develop compelling insights and robust client presentations. I package and productize solutions so that the client benefits are clear, the business questions answered by each solution are evident, and the sales process is as streamlined as possible. 

► I'm the subject matter expert on consumer behavioral data. Using big data and analytics, I help my clients understand the value of consumer data and the cost of not having it. Complex client needs and multi-faceted solutions are no problem for me. No matter what the client needs, I can frame a solution for it.

►Drive revenue for ad effectiveness solutions by presenting opportunities to help grow our business through consultative selling and solid negotiating skills. 

►Act as an internal champion for the client by working collaboratively with internal partners and client service teams to coordinate efforts for clients where appropriate: proposal generation, contract renewals, and amendments. 

►Responsible for new business development and prospecting to identify new leads with internal Client Service Sales teams.

As the Sales Team Lead, I managed a team of 6 sales representatives and 100+ national radio accounts.  A need arose and I answered the call by assuming additional responsibilities as the Sales Lead while still in another role. This time of intense focus and tenacity paid off as I was awarded twice consecutively as a Top Sales Performer while in this position.

I met and exceeded my goals by: 

► Positioning myself as the authority on my product and its benefits for both my customers and my team

► Coaching my sales team to generating $300K in renewal and new business by emphasizing fundamental sales practices including prospecting, effective contract negotiations, and client focused selling

► Creating a lucrative sales pipeline that resulted in new business by designing, and executing highly effective marketing campaigns

► Ensuring timely product delivery by collaborating with production and research teams in order to streamline the product development process

► Understanding client needs and challenges then translating those needs and challenges into a client specific, Nielsen solution

► Using quantitative and qualitative research data to identify revenue generating opportunities and significant ROI results for radio broadcasters

► Selling multiple $1M+ contracts for a new technology  product in top markets by executing strategic business plans, leveraging relationships, and conducting compelling presentations
