I’m Dr. Arieffahmi Abd Razak — a former medical doctor turned ecosystem builder, educator, and advocate for independent healthcare. After witnessing first-hand how solo clinics were left behind in the wave of healthcare corporatization, I made it my mission to empower doctors not just as healers — but as growth leaders. Today, I lead Mafar Group, a Malaysia-based business ecosystem that supports doctors through education (Mafar Academy), digital growth tools (GrowthOS), loyalty platforms (MCare+), and collaborative community clusters (Mafar Maneuver Project).
