Throughout my career, I've delved into strategy, operations, finance, and change management, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience in both wealth management and investment banking. But my journey doesn't end there. I'm also a fierce advocate and leader when it comes to gender diversity and inclusion. For more than seven years, I proudly served as an Executive Committee member for the Financial Women's Association of Singapore, a remarkable non-profit organization that champions professionalism in the financial sector, with a special focus on empowering women and nurturing future leaders. Under my guidance, the association's corporate membership blossomed from the ground up, expanding to over 35 companies. Additionally, I assembled and led an exceptional mentoring team, driving even greater success after our esteemed award in 2013 from AWARE in Singapore. Like many individuals, my goals and/or aspirations is building a ‘successful’ career in a big corporate setting and balancing as a single mother to 2 high functioning children (which I have no awareness then). In 2017, my life came to standstill where my elder son passed away very suddenly. I won’t deny the experiencing the death of a child (expected or not) is an indescribable emotional ordeal.. His passing was a cruel wake-up call to the purpose and meaning of life, my life and many he has had touched in his short 16 years of age. Today, I stand as an accredited Performance Coach, recognized by the prestigious International Coaching Federation (ICF). Based out of Chester, North West of UK. In additions to being a professional certified coach (PCC), I also hold other qualifications such as Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, and Clean Language Facilitator.
