From an young age, I've always been excited about numbers. I've always had this habit of learning and exploring different stuff. Post my schooling, realising my interest in accountancy and mathematics, I decided to take the coveted profession of Chartered Accountancy. During my artyicleship stint, I had the opportunity to work in the Transaction Advisory and Indirect taxation field with MCA Management Consultants and Manohar Chowdhry Associates, Chennai. Currently, I work with the financial due diligence team at EY wherein we advice PE/VCs, IBs, Consortium lenders and Strategic client's to - - Identify red flags, investment decision issues and potential deal breakers in transactions - Identifying key business drivers, unit economics, KPI trends, potential covenant breach and value adjustments - Analyse normalised earnings (QoE), debt and working capital requirements - Evaluate appropriateness of assumptions in the financial model and revenue projections Apart from my professional side, I passionately follow and play Cricket, Football and Badminton during the free hours.
