Hello! I’m Arina, a graduate of the Odesa Academy of Law in Ukraine, committed to excellence and sustainability. In my career, I blend my legal education with leadership and project management experience. At Halo Lab, I worked as a Junior IT Sales Manager, where I developed and implemented targeted outbound sales strategies that expanded our market reach. As a Project Manager, I led dynamic web design teams, ensuring smooth client communication and the timely delivery of projects that met both creative and technical standards. Besides Halo Lab, I held the position of Local Committee President for AIESEC in Odesa. Despite the challenges of COVID and the full-scale war, our Local Committee saw significant growth in membership and performance, becoming one of the top branches in Ukraine. As President, I enhanced cross-functional teams and gained expertise in various internal processes, including marketing, HR, finance, project management, and event management. These experiences have honed my skills in planning, communication, and problem-solving, and I’m eager to explore new opportunities.
