Hello! I am Arina, a 20-year-old last-grade student at the Odesa Academy of Law in Ukraine, dedicated to excellence and sustainability. Throughout my academic journey, I've been an active member of the youth-led organization AIESEC. As of January 2022, I've taken on the role of Local Committee President, leading the Odesa branch. Despite the challenges of COVID and full-scale war, since last year Local Committee had significant growth in membership, performance results and has begun to get to the top of branches in Ukraine. As a Local Committee President, I've overseen and brought enhancements to cross-functional teams and gained proficiency in various internal processes, including marketing, HR, finance, project management, and event management. In parallel, I've gained hands-on experience in the IT industry, starting as a Junior Project Manager and now as a Junior Sales Manager, giving me a holistic perspective of processes in IT from initial sales to the final service delivery. These experiences have honed my time-management and self-management skills and I’m willing to explore further.
