- Responsible for the editorial, promotional, and content strategy of the group (all 8 clinics in Athens & Salonica).
- Quadrupled the main website’s traffic in 18 months’ time.

•	Responsible for the Portal, Product and Digital Content departments of MARKETING GREECE S.A. 
•	Set up the marketing team and the network of partners from scratch, handled recruitment and conducted specs to select the relevant providers.
•	Managed the DiscoverGreece.com portal through provider selection, specification, and design phases. 
•	Participates in the 2021 Greek Tourism Strategy plan & handles the creation of the Greek tourism product portfolio. 
•	Managed the production of digital content for the discovergreece.com website (text & visuals).
•	Led the Marketing team to the successful launch of Discovergreece.com

•	Acted as an intermediary between marketing and technology teams and was responsible for the delivery of VF Greece Mobile Internet, Fixed and Prepay Commercial projects’ roadmap.
•	Managed the product development lifecycle and ensured time to market, accuracy of functional specs and advanced customer experience at the different consumer touch points.
•	Worked for the introduction and standardization of the prepay propositions’ product development process.

• Designed, developed and launched products and services in cooperation with the technology teams.
• Had regular reporting responsibility over Mobile Internet KPIs 
• Cooperated with Marcomms, Base Management and Handsets teams to successfully implement marketing activities.

• Handled Vodafone’s branding and presence in a number of sponsored events (TedxAthens 2010, Attica Xmas, Athens Beach Volley tournament, Customer service Awards, VF-Odeon Premieres, Chrono Oro Fair etc.) 
• Revived the Vodafone Odeon premieres concept and supported the activity with social media, radio and print. 
• Launched the Vodafone 1+1 programme 's  BTL and digital/social media communications plan

• Collaborated with Sales and Marketing teams in order to implement 2 in store campaigns for AXE and Ultrex.
• Cooperated with advertising and promotional agencies for the creation of in-store promotional material.

Category Manager Deodorants & Hair

• Handled a budget of 700K euro in order to create in store projects and support sales in small retailers.
• Liaised with 5 Key Account Managers in order to design innovative promotional campaigns for small retailers; in 2 small retailers’ sales were increased by more than 200% during the respective promotional periods.
• Collaborated with internal and external partners to implement monthly in store activities for the brands

Managed the brands due to Brand Manager’s maternity leave
•	Led the Deodorants & Grooming group for Greece: 10m Euros turnover, 3,5m Euros advertising budget. 
•	Supervised 1 employee & reported directly to the Marketing Manager Personal care. 
•	Collaborated with Greek and UK advertising agencies in order to execute the ATL and BTL plans of the brands achieving the following results: Turnover growth: AXE +11, 5%, Rexona +11,5%.                                     
•	Managed and controlled the brands’ P&L for 2007. 
•	Took part at the European Brand Strategy meetings in 2007, representing Unilever Greece.
•	Collaborated with Finance, Logistics and Sales to achieve turnover targets and project the cash flows for the 2008 launches.
