-Led a multi-year Enterprise Program to develop and execute a Canada-wide Go To Market strategy for a new Wireless service offering. Program budget: $100 Million+. 
-Oversaw the development of a 24-month Wireless roadmap, partnering with Executives responsible for Brand Strategy, Subscriber Acquisition, Customer Experience, Retail, Digital Transformation, Product Development, Strategy Sourcing and Legal/Regulatory.
-Responsible for total cost/funding management for the enterprise program. Led regular detailed reviews of financial forecasts with Program Steering and Operating committees. 
-Built and led a high performing team of Program Management, Project Management, Project Coordination, Business Analyst and Quality Assurance professionals.

-Grew the team by 5X during the upswing in the commodity cycle in response to rising demand for our team’s services; downsized team by 80% during the oil price downturn.
-Competitive Intelligence: benchmarking of our company’s strategy, performance, financial and operating results against 25+ North American oil and gas producers.
-Partnered with Investor Relations to develop effective investor presentations; was a member of the internal review committee for key quarterly investor materials, including investor conference call Q&A preparation and news release preparation.   
-Led the Library & Research Services function, managing corporate-wide subscriptions, maintaining a physical corporate library with 2500+ items, and providing ad-hoc research and news monitoring services to internal clients.

-Led a team of Developers, Data Analysts and Business Analysts in delivering analytics, regular reporting and business analysis to internal business clients. Achieved a team engagement score of 88% in Nov 2010, exceeding the company average by 20%.
-Digital transformation: oversaw the deployment of real-time self-serve reporting tools (Business Objects, Crystal Reports) replacing legacy Excel-based reporting. 
-Marketing automation: oversaw the deployment of the Aprimo Campaign Management tool; led to an 80% improvement in time-to-market for new marketing campaigns.
-Produced analytics to satisfy 120+ monthly information requests, supporting customer acquisition, customer retention, product development, financial reporting, strategic planning and operational efficiency initiatives.

-Led a team in delivering timely and actionable Supply Chain market intelligence to the Executive Team.  -Created executive snapshots focused on factors affecting cost inflation and the availability of oilfield products and services.
-Initiatives resulted in measured savings of $20 Million+ in both 2006 & 2007. Cost savings attributed to market intelligence and metrics provided by the Market Intelligence team, and discounts achieved through an aggressive early payment discount initiative.
-Led the team in the derivation of the Annual Price Forecast, used extensively by the CEO, CFO, Strategic Planning and Investor Relations teams to forecast cost inflation.
