I am a traveler who is flying towards his next dream. Every year I set new goals. Whether it's a trip to London Eye or reading at least 12 books - I always see a reachable target and if not then I work really hard towards it. These goals sound like something that a person would individually do, but as a volunteer I value teamwork and cooperation over acting alone. Both are essential if you want to work towards a bigger idea. To climb up a hill might be tough for a beginner, but with enough motivation and support even the skies wouldn't seem unconquerable!
