On this journey, we need to focus on three perspectives:

1. People. The one that is often forgotten. If you want to become data-driven, you need everyone on board to contribute. 
2. Business. Becoming data-driven makes no sense if the added value is not clear. How can the business use it to create happier customers, save costs and increase profitability (at the same time).
3. Technology. Often as an enabler for the first two points. What architecture do you need to operate in a data-driven way?

My role is split in two. The Strati (human) and the teq (technology) part. 

The human part: Listen to what the market is looking for, and check if we are the right partner to provide it to them. What challenges are companies in the field struggling with, and are we able to help them in their journey?

The tech part: Which systems do we work within our marketing department to communicate with our customers, and does that make sense? How can we do more of what works well, and make prioritize our marketing efforts.

Kind app

Kind.app helps healthcare professionals to digitalize and work patient-focussed. 
During my time at Kind, I launched and grown this concept in The Netherlands.
Responsibilities ranged from operations to sales. 

Results: 
• Started from 0 to building clients that became heaviest users on all kind markets
• Being invited to national congresses within the first 6 months. 
• Digitalized the way of working in 3 different verticals in 6 months. 

Note: The company changed name from Engaging Care to Kind.

All your social media profiles and other contact details, are stored in one profile. 
The vision of the company was to give people an overarching place to store their digital identity, not being dependent on platforms. Just like your digital passport. 

Stopped the project because we could not retain the competence needed.

I needed to stop in August since I started my full-time MSc in New Venture Creation at Lund University.

YouthStart Netherlands

(Stoped due to emigration) 
The YouthStart project is all about empowering youth between the age of 10-18 with entrepreneurial skills. In this project, I increased the efficiency and looked for further expanding opportunities. We teamed up with partner organisations within the European YouthStart Network. Other partners were, for example, able to standardize entrepreneurship education in the school system, work under high protection of the queen or build up a volunteering network of more than 5.500 volunteers. In the Netherlands the project started just half a year ago. The project is already seen as a best-practice project by the municipality of Den Bosch. The project is still running and growing day by day.
