For over 20 years, I have been helping key players in the tourism, sports, and leisure industries shape their brand strategies and implement ESG transformation. Now, I invest in them. With degrees in Business Law (Université Grenoble-Alpes) and Marketing & Communication (ESCP Business School), I started my career with a global ski resort tour, exploring 280 ski areas across 27 countries. This transformative experience led me to create SWiTCH, a brand strategy and ESG consulting firm based in Annecy and Los Angeles. To date, I have successfully advised over 200 clients, from tourist destinations to outdoor brands, guiding their growth and adaptation to the major challenges of the 21st century. In 2016-2017, I embarked on another global research project, this time analyzing seaside destinations in 14 countries across 4 continents. This work culminated in my book, Management and Marketing of Mountain Resorts (Presses Universitaires du Sport), now recognized as a leading reference in the field. As an international speaker, I share insights on the future of tourism and the outdoor industry, and I also teach at the Université Savoie Mont-Blanc. As an active investor, I sit on the boards of several companies and non-profit organizations. Since 2022, I have been a certified B Leader in France, helping businesses achieve B Corp certification. In 2025, I took a new step forward by launching ABOVE & BEYOND, an investment fund dedicated to early-stage and Series A startups in tourism, sports, and leisure. Designed by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, this fund combines the agility of business angels with the strength and structure of a traditional investment fund to support ambitious founders. Through my projects and investments, I have worked with a diverse range of companies and organizations, from world-class ski resorts to tech startups, public institutions, and investment funds. ✨ Passionate about entrepreneurship, strategy and positive impact, I strive to build bridges between these worlds to shape the future of tourism, sports and leisures.
