-Maintain General Ledger and oversee day-to-day accounting functions including
accounts payable, accounts receivable, recording revenue, gross margin calculations,
payroll, cost of sales, accruals, prepaids, monthly reconciliations
-Recording monthly entries for debt, interest, and deferred financing costs
-Generate financial statements and prepare Monthly Reporting Package for Board of
Directors
-Prepare and distribute quarterly operating and financial reports to Lenders of all 5 power plants
-Ad Hoc Reporting and overall support to Management Team
-Assist and facilitate the annual financial statement audit

Senior Accountant/Assistant Controller

• Develop monthly Executive Team reporting package within 5 business days of Close
• Enhance management reporting to surface deeper insights into business performance
• Provide Accounting support for 3 of the 5 most recent store openings since May 2013
• Manage Fixed Assets to record depreciation, dispositions, and asset transfers
• Ensure Balance Sheet and Income Statement compliance in accordance with US GAAP
• Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team in managing invoices, vendor database, project coding, and in house check printing
• Month End close support: accruals preparation, prepaid reconciliation, and flux analysis
• Year End audit support: prepare interim and year-end lead schedules, provide supporting documentation, perform variance analysis with commentary, and various ad hoc reporting
