🔑 Hiring Strategy :
- Develop, implement and refine recruiting strategies to attract and hire top quality talent with a commitment to diverse hiring practices
- Build trust, credibility and establish relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring and business needs, challenges and business objectives
- Advising hiring managers concerning market update (profiles, skills evolution, talent locations…), skills shortage, market reputation...
- Build automated reporting (from the ATS or any sourcing tool used) to keep stakeholders up to date with the progress
- Educate and train hiring managers related to recruiting; process, interviewing,

- Develop new and innovating sourcing pipelines; partner with other stakeholders like universities and peer companies to increase candidate flow
- Manage the overall candidate experience, coach hiring managers on the process and implement recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage terms and conditions of external suppliers

🔑 Management : Responsible for a team of 4 recruiters : 

 - One-to-one review, KPI’s, focus demo, meeting animation 
-  Day to day planning of the sales team 
-  Report monthly and quarterly to Director level – confidence to prepare reports and KPI figures
