As the co-founder and COO of Stakha, I built an entire business from scratch, bootstrapped from 0€ to 1m€ in 2.5 years. I created and executed the sales strategy, acquired 50+ European tech companies, hired and managed a team of 6 recruiters, and established robust internal processes and automation. I also collaborated with top CEO, CTO, and CPO to help them hire better and faster, using data-driven methods and industry insights.
